Carole Caplan is a certified RYT500 meditation and yoga instructor teaching to both children and adults in the Chicagoland area. Through classes and private instruction, students learn to weave ancient wisdom into a daily practice relevant to their modern lives. Her teaching is based on traditional Kriya hatha postures and movements with an emphasis on alignment, breath and philosophy. As an Anusara-Inspired teacher, Carole looks to help students open their hearts to the great joy of being alive.
Carole's company, Live by Choice, assists clients in making empowered choices for sustainable environments including low-toxic choices for building products, water filters, air filters and cleaning products. Carole is proud to be a past president of the Jewish Reconstructionist Congregation in Evanston, IL, and to have helped build their new building as the "greenest" shul in America.
